Tara was sort of a bully growing up, and she has only partially grown out of it.  Tara is a daddy's girl, with her father paying for most of Tara's share of the rent around the apartment.  Tara is a year older than Cassie and Rue and as such graduated a year before them.  Despite this, Tara is still unemployed and does not seem interested in looking for work.  Since she does not work, she is usually the roommate who does all the cleaning and makes sure the fridge is stocked.  She is quite bossy but as she has a bad temper, is a bad leader.  A close friend from school, Ridge, has recently found his way back into her life, something Tara is not quite sure how she feels about.
